S.S. CLADDING ROLLERS
Stainless Steel Cladding Rollers
Cladding involves combining stainless steel with low alloy steel to leverage the mechanical properties of the alloy steel and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, all at a competitive cost.
A stainless steel layer offers excellent corrosion protection, while the thicker base material of high-strength carbon steel ensures sufficient structural integrity. Cladding provides a cost-effective solution for corrosion resistance in industries such as textiles, paper, and steel coating.
These rollers can be manufactured in thin stainless steel sheets ranging from 1.5 to 4 mm thick, up to 500 mm in diameter and 6000 mm in length. Thicker stainless steel sheets, from 4 mm to 12 mm thick, can also be used, with similar dimensions up to 500 mm in diameter and 3000 mm in length.
